Monkey House "Headquarters"out now on GDM...Steely Dan fans don't miss this one!!!

“Danfans”….and for that matter even “JARfans”, there’s another monkey out of Monkey House and this one is even better than the last one, so if you’re “dan” abstinent and don’t know else, this one will certainly make your day or even a whole month.

Don Breithaupt’s brainchild, Monkey House, released their 4th CD titled “Headquarters”, continuing on same path, but with a refinment almost equal to “Dan”, without loosing their own artistic integrity... throwing in some “Chicago” like brass arrangments, which considering the fact Don Braithupt is involved in Brass Transit – Chicago tribute band, becomes fully natural.

With notable guitars from Drew Zingg of “dan” fame, Kim Mitchell, Rik Emmett, Mike Francis and Anthony Vanderburg (Marc Jordan) , with whom Don even won an EMI award 2009 for the score to the animated film “6teen”, David Blamires (Pat Metheny) backing vocals on “Lebanon”, which happens to be Don’s second writting collaboration with Marc Jordan – first one was for Marc Jordan’s only single release “Every Time It Snows”, Pat Kilbride outstanding bass, Mark Kelso on drums and an excellent brass section with Michael Leonhart, Tony Carlucci, Vern Dorge and so on.. the list is long.

"True Winter" is available on both SPOTIFY and iTunes...and here's the link to their "Big Money-Singles, Remasters, Rarities 1992-2005" physical CD, but be quick, cause it's not easy to find it and there are others also interested in it!!! "Welcome To The Club", their first... shows up from time to time on eBay or else, you have to check!!!

This cd is fantastic.   Does anyone know where I can purchase their previous cd's?    Can't find them anywhere.
