Hey Tony, thanx for Your comment, I haven't had time to listen so carefully on the album yet - I have the 1995 release also - will probably do some comparison.
Thank you, Tony. Did you fare through the hockey riot? Glad to make friends with you and yes, it is amazing that there are more European and Japanese fans of Westcoast AOR than Americans? Look for me on Facebook too, if you are on there.
...since you're so fond of.. upploading unreleased version from by Chicago (allegedly from their "18" sessions feat Lamm, Champlin,Scheff and Lamm's officialy released version from his "Life Is Good In My Neighborhood"
Hey Tony, sorry for my bad English as I'm a German native. Thanks a lot for your kind words. This song was an unreleased CHICAGO tune from the '18' era from 1986. This particular version is on the FLY AWAY album....songs of David Foster mostly produced with Swedish musicians and U.S. natives. Since February 2010 I'm a correspondent of a podcast called INSIDE MUSICAST. We are on Facebook and on www.insidemusicast.com
.......following the westcoast talents. Check out our archives. You'll probably like it if you are interested in interviews with musicians of the studio scene. Take care and best to you and yours. Uwe
Yo bros.--I've added the tune "More Nights" with killer vocalist Phil Perry--I saw him live with Lee Ritenour almost 20 yrs. ago--believe it or not,it was a free outdoor concert--I didn't even know who was playing--I fluked it,or it was good old predestination--anyhow,to state the obvious, the concert kicked a_s--Phil Perry not only has an incredible range to his voice, but he did not(to my knowledge)hit one bad note, flat or sharp--but it's the soul he's got that really seals the deal.
fyi--This tune was produced and arranged by a guy named Lee Curreri--he played Bruno on the TV series "Fame" way back in the 80's--he hasn't really put out a lot of work since--bit of a mystery.
Yes, Dirty Loops are awesome! I hope they decide to release an album, or at least put some more remixes of hits up on their Myspace page :) Good luck with the Yellow Jacket tunes, tricky stuff!
Thanks Tony! Yeah, I always meant to check Level 42 out and got to it this week. They have a lot of cool tunes for sure. If you were mine, love the chorus, listened to it on high volume on the way to work today :)
... Thanks for the appeiciation... wonder if you read my reply to your comment!? - It was ment for you but got on "Tom Hemby Video" comments, wich I'm not sure you're following.
Thank you so much Tony..I hope that is a good thing..Im a novice in this thing..but i know what my ear like..that's pretty much it:)..people tend to think i have a weird taste..;D
God bless you too, Tony
